1.1. Interworld doo is offering products for sale on, and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively for it’s end users.

4.1. The payment of the price of products and their shipping costs will follow one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

4.2. If paying by credit card, financial information (eg, the credit / debit card number or the expiry date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to PayPal, which provides its electronic and remote payment services. 7. Returns

7.1. To request permission to return a product, the customer must send a request to within 10 days from receipt of order.
In the email please provide the product code/s of the item/s you wish to return and whether you would like to receive an exchange or refund for the product. Upon receipt of the return request, will send the customer a written confirmation by email. In the communication you will find a copy of the form to make your return request. This must be completed and returned with the products that you want to replace.

7.2. The only expenses that the customer will have to bear are those of returning the purchased products. In accordance to your statutory rights (‘the right to return’), and in compliance with the terms and conditions described in paragraphs 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, the refund (or exchange) will be made if they fully meet the following conditions:

  • The products must not have been used, washed or damaged;
  • The returned products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date on which the products have been received.

7.3. If the right to return is exercised in accordance with the procedures and terms set out in this paragraph 7, Interworld doo shall refund the amounts paid for the purchase of products.

7.4. Refunds will be made in the shortest time possible and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which Interworld doo became aware of the right of return. We will activate the refund procedure, once we verify the correct execution of the terms and conditions above, as indicated in paragraph 8.

7.5. If the return does not comply with the terms and procedures for exercising the right of return as specified in this paragraph 7, this will cancel your right to reimbursement of the money paid to Interworld doo.

If your return complies with all the conditions, Interworld doo will refund the full price of the purchased products. The costs of returning the return will be borne by the customer. Otherwise, the customer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the customer can choose to have the returned products delivered at their own expense. If the customer refuses this expedition, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of products.

8. Refund times and methods

8.1. After returning products, Interworld doo shall check the conformity thereof to the conditions and time limits specified in paragraph 7. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, Interworld doo will send an email, confirming the acceptance of the returned products.

8.2. Using the same method of payment used, the refund will be processed by Interworld doo, as quickly as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which Interworld doo became aware of the right of return, after verification of proper implementation of the right of return and after receipt and acceptance of the returned products.

8.3. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of amounts in the event of exercise of the right of return, will be performed by Interworld doo, in any case, to those who made the original payment.

8.4. The value date of accreditation shall be the same; as a result the customer will not be not be penalised, or otherwise for changes in bank and currency exchange interest rates.
