Products purchased on www.hdueo.com are sold directly by Interworld doo (“the Seller”). Interworld doo is registered with the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, Tax code and VAT number SI 82096813. Interworld doo is based in Slovenia, Sermin 74b, 6000 Koper/ Koper. It is possible to ask any questions to our support services by contacting Customer Service. Information will be made about ordering and shipping, refunds and returning products purchased at www.hdueo.com. 1. Trade policy
1.1. Interworld doo offers products for sale, on www.hdueo.com, and conducts its e-commerce business exclusively with respect to its end users.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.hdueo.com between users of www.hdueo.com and Interworld doo.
1.3. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Vendor that are featured on www.hdueo.com through links, banners or other hyperlinks. It is advisable, before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than Interworld doo, to check their terms of sale, this is because Interworld doo is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Interworld doo or for the conclusion of electronic commerce transactions between users of www.hdueo.com and third parties.
2. Conclusion of the contract with the seller
2.1. To conclude a contract for the purchase of one or more products on www.hdueo.com, you must complete the order form electronically and submit it to Interworld doo, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2. The order form contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Right to Return Policy, and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable fees or taxes), the means of payment that may be used to purchase each product, and the method of delivery of the products purchased, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the manner and timeframe for returning the products purchased.
2.3. The contract is concluded when Interworld doo receives, electronically, the order form, after checking that the order data is correct.
2.4. Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmitting the order form, the Customer will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Right to Return Policy, to print a copy through the print command and to store or reproduce a copy for personal use.
2.5. The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and otherwise within the terms of the law. The order form can be accessed by going to the My Order section.
2.6. Before the order form is transmitted, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
2.7. The language used to conclude the contract with Interworld doo is Italian.
2.8. Once the contract is concluded, Interworld doo take over the purchase order.
2.9. The Seller may not process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are unavailable. In such cases, we will inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Interworld doo has not acted on the purchase order specifying the reasons. If the products, presented on www.hdueo.com, are no longer available or on sale at the time of the Customer’s last access to the site or the submission of the order form, it shall be the responsibility of Interworld doo to notify, promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the Interworld doo order was submitted, of the unavailability of the products ordered. If the order form is submitted and the price is paid, Interworld doo will refund what has already been advanced.
2.10. By transmitting the order form electronically, the Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in dealing with Interworld doo. If you do not agree with any of the terms in the Terms and Conditions, please do not submit the order form to purchase products at www.hdueo.com
2.11. By submitting the order form, the Customer confirms that he/she is aware of and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and further information contained in www.hdueo.com, also referred to through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy and Right of Return Policy.
2.12. Once the contract has been concluded, Interworld doo will transmit, by e-mail, a receipt for the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (reference to General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Right of Return Policy, information about the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, means of payment, your right of withdrawal and delivery costs).
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1. The essential features of the products are presented on www.hdueo.com within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.hdueo.com may not match the actual ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.2. Product prices may be subject to updates. The Customer shall ascertain the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
4. Payments
4.1. For payment of the price of the products and related shipping costs, one of the methods indicated in the order form will be followed.
4.2. In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (e.g., credit/debit card number or date of its expiration) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to PayPal, which provides related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able, in any way, to access it. Such information, moreover, will never be used by Interworld doo except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase and to issue refunds in the event of any returns of products, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on www.hdueo.com. The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs, as stated in the order form, will be charged to the Customer’s bank account when the purchased products are shipped.
5. Shipping and delivery of products
To learn about specific shipping and delivery methods for products, go to the Shipping section. The Customer must pay attention to what is stated in this section because the information contained herein forms an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, is deemed to be fully known and accepted at the time the order form is transmitted.

7. Right of return
7.1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected] within 10 days of receiving the order. The e-mail should specify the codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation: item exchange or refund. Upon receipt of the return request, www.hdueo.com will send the Customer a written confirmation. In the package you will find the form to make the return request, to be sent back filled in with the products you want to replace.
7.2. The only costs to be borne by the Customer are those of returning the purchased products. The Right of Return-in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 above-is deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully complied with:
products must not have been used, washed or damaged;
Returned products must be delivered to the carrier within ten (10) working days from the date the products were received.
7.3. If the Right of Return is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph 7, Interworld doo will refund any monies already collected for the purchase of the products.
7.4. Amounts will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any event, within thirty (30) days from the date Interworld doo became aware of the exercise of the right of return. We will activate the refund procedures once we have verified that the above terms and conditions have been properly executed, as stated in Section 8.
7.5. If the procedures and deadlines for exercising the right of return, as specified in this paragraph 7, are not met, no right to a refund of the amounts already paid to Interworld doo will arise.
Upon successful fulfillment of all required conditions, Interworld doo will refund the full price of the purchased products. The cost of returning the return will be borne by the Customer. Conversely, the Customer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, the Customer may choose to have the purchased products back at his or her own expense. In case the Customer refuses this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
8. Time and method of reimbursement
8.1. After the return of the products, Interworld doo make the necessary determinations regarding the conformity of the products with the conditions and terms stated in paragraph 7. In the event that the verifications are positively concluded, Interworld doo will send, via e-mail, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned.
8.2. Regardless of the method of payment used, the refund shall be activated by Interworld doo, as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which Interworld doo became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal upon verification of the proper execution of the right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.
8.3. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, if the right of return is exercised, will be made by Interworld doo, in any case, to the person who made the payment.
8.4. The value date of the re-credit is the same as that of the debit; as a result, the Customer will not suffer any damages for bank interest.
8.5. For the return of products, the Customer will be responsible for shipping costs, including liability in case of loss or damage of the products.
9. Privacy
9.1. THE Customer can obtain information about how we process his/her personal data by accessing the Privacy Policy.
9.2. The Client is urged to read, if he/she has not already done so, our General Terms of Use because they contain important information about how we handle the personal data of our users and the security systems we have in place.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
10.1. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Slovenian law. and in particular by the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts concerning electronic commerce.
11. Editing and updating
11.1. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are also amended from time to time in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.hdueo.com
