How to return a product and what are the conditions of return?
The Consumer has the right of withdrawal within the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product(s) to the same consumer. The right of withdrawal is excluded with respect to sale/promo items. The total integrity of the product(s) to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must follow the following procedure: send a written notice using the appropriate form at Customer Service section duly completed. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the notice to be sent within the deadline. The notice must contain an explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract with an indication of the identification number of the relevant order. The consumer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the date he or she communicated his or her decision to exercise the right of second thought. The deadline is met if the consumer returns the goods before the above deadline. The consumer bears only the direct cost of returning the goods. If you have chosen another carrier make sure that there will be a way to track the product in case of any problems. The product should be packaged properly (preferably with the original packaging) and should have the tissues, authentic labels, accessories, and instructions for use. Using the original packaging will prevent any damage during transport. The right of withdrawal may be forfeited if the item arrives damaged due to packaging that is obviously not suitable to prevent breakage during transport. Once we receive the item we will refund the product, unless the goods were delivered to the Carrier, by the same User, incomplete or damaged. In this case we will immediately inform the Consumer of the defects found in the products and the inability to accept the return. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. In the event that we find that it does not meet the requirements for return, i.e. it is damaged in any part including the sheath, used, or the original labels have been removed, any other situation that we deem the product unsuitable for resale, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. In that case, we will return the product to you at your expense. Once the integrity of the product is approved a refund or exchange will be made. How long do I have to return a product?
For any product purchased you will have a period of 14 days from the day you received the product to notify us that you wish to return it by following the procedure described above. Once this period has elapsed, we reserve the right to refuse re-entry.
When and how will I be reimbursed?
We will proceed to refund the returned product, upon receipt of the product and validation of its compliance with the procedure described on this page by our quality department, within 14 days after receiving the product. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the same consumer has agreed otherwise and agreed with the seller. In case of using a promotional code we will refund the amount paid with the reduction of the promotional code. The time it takes to view the refund depends on your Payment Card partners’ arrangements.
